Hours / Days Of Work: Working Sunday to Thursday on a two-week revolving shift pattern: Week One: Sunday and Monday, 6am to 4pm & Tuesday to Thursday, 6am to 3pm Week Two: Sunday and Monday, 6am to 4pm & Tuesday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm

Salary: £12.75 per hour - paid weekly
Job Description:
As a Sales Administrator, your duties will include:
Processing sales and production orders, pick notes, delivery notes and transport documentation through SAP
Managing stock control and ordering of packaging, pallets and crates
Liaising with dispatch and arranging driver cover and store delivery transport
Greeting visitors at the reception window, issuing passes and collecting documentation
Supporting the health and safety team and providing general administrative assistance
Experience and Qualifications:
To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:
Strong attention to detail and good numerical and analytical skills
Computer literacy - SAP and Excel experience is advantageous, but full training is provided
The ability to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
A reliable, trustworthy approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality when required
Flexibility to occasionally cover additional hours to meet business demands
