Job Description:
You’ll be leading a busy internal sales team and playing a key role in growing sales by promoting our full range of bathroom products and supplies to both new and existing customers. You’ll support and develop the Internal Sales Coordinators, helping them build confidence, spot opportunities, and get the most out of every customer conversation. With your guidance, the team will deliver great customer service and bring a positive, can-do attitude to work every day
