Job Title: Sales Order Processing Administrator - Office Angels

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Job Description:
Accurately input and process customer orders within internal systems Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and delivery requirements Liaise with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues or discrepancies Maintain up-to-date customer records and order documentation Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and queries Handle order amendments, cancellations, and returns in line with company procedures Generate reports and support sales performance tracking where required

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Sales Order Processing, Sales Support, or Administrative role Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM/ERP systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
