Job Description:
Our award-winning salon is growing faster than ever! Welcoming over 150 clients a week with our wonderful team of 12 staff we are looking for someone special to join us in the salon taking on this new position. We're not calling this a "receptionist" role, because it's so much more than that. You'll be the heart of the salon — the friendly face that welcomes clients, keeps our beautiful space
running smoothly, and helps our team deliver the five-star experience we're known for.

Duties:
* Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming environment for clients
* Greet clients professionally and make them feel at home
* Answer calls, messages, and assist with bookings
* Maintain the salon’s cleanliness throughout the day
* Prepare teas, coffees, and ensure clients feel cared for
* Turn treatment rooms around between appointments
* Assist with social media posts and salon updates
* Support the team and help keep the day running smoothly

Additional Criteria:

As part of businesses creating stable employment in West Lothian, we have been granted the Employment Pathway Grant from West Lothian Council enabling us to offer a part time position with in Bonnie Quines. Due to this funding there is criteria which must be met.

*Currently living in West Lothian
16-24 years old currently unemployed (or on a 0 hour contract)
OR
A parent with a dependant child
OR
Aged 25+ and currently unemployed

Right to work in UK & not currently in full time education
