Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a management or area manager role within a salon or similar environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team Highly target-driven with a clear understanding of KPIs and performance management Confident in all aspects of salon operations Excellent organisation and communication skills Ability to take ownership, show initiative, and deliver results Friendly, professional, and able to work well within a team Someone who leads from the front and sets high standards
