Salary: £32,554.08 per year pro rata

Job Description:
To undertake craft duties as directed by the Repairs/Voids/Contracts Supervisor. To participate in alternative shift pattern rotas. To undertake training as required. To comply with all Health and Safety and security procedures and guidelines. To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably expected from time to time.

Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of SVQ Level 3 in Painting & Decorating/ Tiling or equal. Capable of working on own or as a team member. Full driving licence. Good all round knowledge of decoration and general construction works. Good communication skills
