Salary: £32,554.08 per year pro rata

Job Description:
To undertake craft duties as directed by the Repairs/Voids/Contracts Supervisor. To participate in alternative shift pattern rotas. To undertake training as required. To comply with all Health and Safety and security procedures and guidelines. To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably expected from time to time.

Experience and Qualifications:
Time Served Slater/Roof Tiler or able to demonstrate required competencies/ experience. Minimum of SVQ Level 3 in Slating or Roof Tiling (or demonstrate equal). Capable of working on own or as a team member. Full driving licence. Good all round knowledge of slating/ roof tiling, general roof repairs and general construction works. Good communication skills.
