Job Description:
The Role: Become a Creature of the Night Do you have the energy (and courage) to deliver a truly terrifying experience? We’re recruiting brave souls—or the undead—to join our Scream Squad, where every shift is packed with screams, surprises, and sinister fun. One moment you’ll welcome victims… ahem… guests into our lair, and the next you’ll be guiding them through the shadows, or keeping order among the haunted hordes. Your job? To make sure every guest feels the chill of fear, the rush of adrenaline, and the thrill of being part of something they’ll tell ghost stories about for years. Your Frightful Duties: Deliver a bone-chillingly high level of care (because even terrified guests deserve service with a sinister smile) Welcome victims… we mean guests… and check their tickets to the underworld Direct and control the crowd as they wander deeper into the darkness Keep our haunted grounds eerily spotless Help with retail sales of ghoulish goods Guide lost souls in the car park

Experience and Qualifications:
This role is strictly 18+. The graveyard has no place for the young. Boundless energy—you’ll need it to keep up with all the screams A true love for interacting with guests and making fear fun Previous experience in events and customer service (bonus points if you’ve scared people professionally before) Hospitality experience is a plus (witches, warlocks, and waiters all welcome) Commitment to every haunting date—ghosts don’t take nights off If you’ve got the passion to thrill, the energy to scare, and the spirit (or maybe just the screams) to join our terrifying team, step forward… and apply now.
