Experience and Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For
SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum), with Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards
Medication administration training with competency is essential
Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial
Strong communication and leadership skills
A caring, compassionate and professional approach
