Job Description:
Working as a key member of the Roads and Transportation service you will assist the Design Engineering Manager deliver one of the key functions of the service. Responsible for the leadership of day to day activities of road related structures within Design Engineering service Working directly to the Design Engineering Manager you will assist delivery of effective service provision and communication whilst promoting positive team working within your function area.
Experience and Qualifications:
Registration with the Engineering Council at Chartered Engineer level • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to manage multiple demands under pressure and meet targets. • Extensive breadth and depth of experience and knowledge in bridges and other highways structures. • Project management skills. • Working knowledge of contract management. • Working knowledge of H&S legislation and demonstrating a high degree
