Job Description:
The Senior Retail Team Leader plays a critical leadership role within the Students’ Association Retail operation. The postholder is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational performance of one or more retail outlets, leading teams on shift, and acting as a key link between Retail Team Leaders and the Retail Operations Manager. The role focuses on delivering consistently high standards of customer service, operational compliance, people leadership, and commercial performance. The Senior Retail Team Leader will support staff development, uphold the Students’ Association’s values, and contribute to the continuous improvement of retail standards and systems across the department.

An experienced and confident retail leader with a strong operational focus and a people-first approach. The successful candidate will be dependable, organised, and comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced environment, while supporting commercial objectives and maintaining high standards.
