Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Team Leader to assist the Project Manager in organising and running the Welcome Centre, maintaining it as a safe environment for guests, and providing hands-on support to the team across all aspects of the service. The Senior Team Leader play an active role in monitoring RRWC systems and spreadsheets
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience working with vulnerable and homeless people An understanding of mental health and addiction issues Ability to deal appropriately with challenging behaviour An SVQ level 3 in Care/Promoting Independence or equivalent is desirable Administrative skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent interpersonal skills Flexibility to respond to a changing environment Ability to maintain clear & accurate records Successful applicants for this post will require membership in the PVG scheme.
