Job Title: Service Manager

Hours / Days Of Work: 35 hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £32,391 – £35,482

Job Description:
You will lead and support your staff team, using a creative approach to manage challenges and guide the team through difficult situations. You will ensure children and their families receive flexible, high-quality support tailored to their individual needs, with GIRFEC principles at the heart of everything you do. You will also make sure child protection and safeguarding protocols are in place and followed at all times.

Experience and Qualifications:
You will be a strong leader who has gained experience in a 3rd sector not for profit organisation, and you will have knowledge and understanding of the key issues facing children and families in Scotland today. You will also have working knowledge of current legislation, policies and strategies relating to the safeguarding and wellbeing of children and young people including UNCRC, GIRFEC and Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014.
