Job Description:
This is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership. You will oversee people management, rotas, quality assurance, compliance, and operational performance, while working closely with the CEO on risk, improvement priorities, and service development. The Service Manager holds day-to-day accountability for operational delivery, quality, staffing - working in partnership with the CEO on strategic and organisational risk. They will also deputise for the CEO when they are on leave.
Experience and Qualifications:
This role requires someone who can work with a high degree of autonomy, make sound judgements under pressure, and establish strong operational grip quickly (with an agreed 30/60/90 day plan).
