Job Description:
Your primary focus will be the seamless administration of our Health & Safety Management System. aintain the H&S Management System folders and oversee Plan spreadsheets, ensuring all outstanding actions are followed up as directed by the Head of SHEQ. Collate H&S incidents, near misses, and trend reports to help drive safety improvements. Update local H&S arrangements and policies, ensuring efficient distribution throughout the facility For more info please see link

Experience and Qualifications:
You will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the following: Demonstrable success in a similar role preferably within the Housing, Social Housing or a similar customer-oriented industry. A solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and risk issues. An IOSH qualification is highly desirable. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is essential for managing reports and tracking systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with excellent interpersonal abilities to work effectively within a team. A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing pressures and conflicting priorities effectively.
