Job Description:
Supporting the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer and the Directors in developing strategic plans for Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental improvements. The SHEQ Manager will maintain the Management System to ensure continuous ISO 9001 compliance and support audit programs. Responsibilities include conducting accident and incident investigations, ensuring statutory compliance for factory operations and leading SHEQ functions to meet health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Additionally, you will develop strategies to improve SHEQ performance, assist in new business development, and actively participate in internal meetings to promote business activities.
Experience and Qualifications:
NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health and/or NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) is desirable, as would be Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards it. For environmental, a relevant qualification and membership of IEMA would be of benefit
