Job Description:
Showroom Manager to establish and lead the day-to-day operation of our kitchen showroom, creating an inspiring, welcoming, and memorable experience for every customer who visits. This will be a fast-paced, customer experience-focused role, where success is measured by the quality of the journey we provide rather than direct sales performance. As the face of the showroom, you will be passionate about delivering outstanding service, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, and ensuring every visitor feels valued, informed, and inspired.
Experience and Qualifications:
Significant experience leading a large team within a sizeable customer-facing retail or showroom environment is essential. Experience managing kitchen, home improvement, or other high-value retail products is highly advantageous Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional customer experience Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Professional, approachable, and confident in representing the business Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong administrative and computer skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional standards Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while leading others effectively.
