Job Description:
Develop and train existing and new sales people to achieve organisational and personal targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to optimise performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential markets, focusing on residential clients looking for a renewable solution for their home.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consumers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2C sales, within the renewable energy sector (Solar PV and Heat Pumps).
Leadership experience managing a sales team or department.
Must have confidence in customer facing scenarios.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
