Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 Salary + Weekly Tips
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires strong leadership abilities, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Minimum 3 years’ chef experience Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef Strong leadership and organisational skills A positive and hardworking attitude The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen Excellent communication and teamwork skills A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures Flexibility to work evenings and weekends A driving licence is beneficial but not essential
