Job Description:
As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include: Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling Operating tills and processing transactions accurately Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures Monitoring product quality and temperature records Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
