Experience and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has: ● Experience in a similar management role for a premium/ luxury apparel brand ● A commercial approach to driving sales and service in the store forward, with a strong awareness of the market ● Demonstrable experience of driving a customer journey from an omnichannel brand approach ● A balanced portfolio of strengths across Sales, People Development, Operational Excellence and Customer Service/ Clientelling ● Competence using the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel ● Confidence and experience of analysing reports and converting data into tangible action plans
