Job Description:
The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Store Manager to join our company!

Experience and Qualifications:
Lead and motivate the store team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s. Prepare and issue store rotas. Maintain standards of discipline, including staff training. Ensure high standard customer service and product knowledge is always demonstrated. Previous managerial experience is essential. This is a full time, 40 hours per week, permanent position.
