Job Description:
Working collaboratively across the University, you will support the design, development and delivery of a range of student engagement activities that foster community, encourage participation and enhance the overall student experience.
You will play a key role in supporting student success initiatives from arrival and induction through to progression and completion, helping students feel welcomed, connected and supported throughout their university journey.
Experience and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience and can demonstrate relevant engagement activities experience. Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills will be essential, whilst you will also have the ability to work on your own initiative, to problem solve and take independent decisions when required, you will also be a keen team player who can work with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
