Job Description:
As the Supervisor of Innoflate Livingston, you will support the site management team in running a vibrant, fast-paced and fun inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture as part of a high performing team. Within this role you will operate as a champion across all stations whilst sitting as part of the site management team.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years’ management/duty management experience An enthusiastic person boasting a sincere passion for developing people Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Eligibility to work in the UK
