Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily café operations and deliver excellent customer service Lead, train, and support staff and volunteers Manage bookings and help maximise use of the space Monitor stock, place orders, and reduce waste Ensure food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance standards Support sales targets, cash handling, and reporting Promote a positive, welcoming environment for families

Experience and Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For Experience in a café supervisory role (or similar) Strong leadership and communication skills Organised, hands-on, and customer-focused Knowledge of café operations, food hygiene, and safety standards Experience with cash handling and basic financial processes
