Job Description:
Providing care and support, including personal care, medication administration, shopping, housework and cooking. Assisting individuals to maintain and develop independent living skills. Offering social support to promote community involvement and inclusion. Supporting the development and maintenance of positive relationships. Liaising with medical professionals when required.

Experience and Qualifications:
You must be able to work across West Lothian with shifts being allocated in Polbeth, Broxburn, Uphall Station, Bathgate and Deans. An enhanced Adult PVG is essential for this role.
