Job Title: Support Worker

Salary: £12.60 ph

Job Description:
Supporting individuals in daily living tasks such as personal care, medication, cooking, shopping, and maintaining their home Encouraging and enabling participation in community life, social activities, and new experiences Helping maintain and build independence, routines, and life skills. Supporting individuals who may present with challenging behaviours, always following agreed support plans.

Experience and Qualifications:
