Job Description:
Support individuals with daily tasks such as personal care, meals, and medication, while encouraging independence through a person-centred approach. Accompany them to appointments and community activities, maintain accurate records, and help each person live life on their own terms. No previous care experience required—full training provided.

Experience and Qualifications:
Warm, friendly, and empathetic, with good communication and teamwork skills. Willing to work flexibly, including weekends, and motivated by a genuine desire to help others and make a difference. Personal care experience is helpful but not essential.
