Job Title: Support Worker - Maternity Cover

Job Description:
You’ll be providing tailored support to each individual, which may include: Personal care and administering medication Assisting with meals, home maintenance, appointments, and finances Encouraging community involvement and social activities Promoting independence and self-confidence You will be supporting seven men across two separate dwellings, helping them to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest. Our service users are active and social – they love going to the cinema, watching tribute bands, enjoying pantomimes, and relaxing with takeaway nights.

Experience and Qualifications:
