Job Description:
You will be supporting seven men across two separate dwellings, helping them to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest. Our service users are active and social – they love going to the cinema, watching tribute bands, enjoying pantomimes, and relaxing with takeaway nights. Personal care and administering medication Assisting with meals, home maintenance, appointments, and finances Encouraging community involvement and social activities Promoting independence and self-confidence

Experience and Qualifications:
Honest | Good Communicator | Strong Values | Flexible | Passionate | Self-Motivated | Reliable | Caring | Inclusive Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. You must be willing to complete an enhanced Adult PVG for this role.
