Job Description:
As an experienced veterinary nurse in a Team Leader role, you will be critical to the provision and leadership of high standards of client and patient care, this will include strategic and operational leadership across the practice, direct and indirect line management responsibilities, and a nursing voice contributing to site level conversations. In this role you will be a key member of the nurse leadership team, working collaboratively with the Head of Nursing Services, Clinical leads.
Experience and Qualifications:
You need to be a highly motivated self-starter with: The desire to provide the best clinical service to all our patients. The ability to work as part of a team and individually. An inclination to learn and develop your clinical skills. A passion for mentoring and training colleagues. The successful candidate will have at least 3 year’s experience in a referral setting and will demonstrate effective scheduling and supportive team leadership skills.
