Job Description:
The team at Burberry is looking for a Team Manager to join our Edinburgh boutique working within a strong team of 7 colleagues in delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences. Working closely with the wider store leadership team, you will inspire high performance, foster a culture of service excellence, and drive commercial success across all product categories. As a visible presence on the shop floor, you will build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues while championing Burberry's values and commitment to exceptional client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to influence boutique performance, develop talent.

Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience leading teams within a luxury or high end customer-focused retail environment. Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop individuals to achieve their potential. Commercially aware with clienteling experience Skilled in building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. Confident operating in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for luxury retail, service excellence and representing the Burberry brand.
