Salary: £36,550 - £40,936 a year

Job Description:
The Technical Production Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing all technical, production, and operational aspects of events delivered across multiple sites. This role ensures that events are delivered safely, on time, within budget, to high production standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, team leadership, and logistical planning capabilities, with the flexibility to work across varied spaces and event formats.

Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical and production management across a range of event formats and venues, multi-site experience preferably. Strong working knowledge of lighting, sound, AV, rigging, staging, and production systems. Demonstrated experience managing teams, including casual and freelance crew. Excellent organisational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and best practices within live events. Flexible and resilient approach to work, with the ability to work evenings/weekends where required.
