Job Description:
FULLY QUALIFIED, TIME SERVED PAINTER - We are looking to recruit painters to undertake works on recently awarded responsive maintenance contracts within the social housing sector. All contracts are in the early stages of long term agreements with job security guaranteed for the right candidate. The works are mainly based in the central belt region. Applicants must be comfortable working in domestic properties and must possess good communication skills in order to liaise with tenants, other tradesmen and planning team.

Experience and Qualifications:

A good, all round knowledge of domestic painting repairs is essential, work will be split between occupied and non occupied (voids, empty homes) properties. Company vehicle or access to a company vehicle will be provided. Must hold a full driving license, preferably with no more than 3 penalty points. Must have proof of full accreditation with a governing body. Potential to earn extra income through our bonus scheme. Competitive rates and excellent working conditions.
