Leading and inspiring a high-performing branch team Driving sales growth and maximising profitability Building long-lasting relationships with customers and local businesses Monitoring branch performance against financial and operational KPIs Managing stock levels, margins and operational efficiency Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety and compliance Coaching, developing and supporting your team to achieve their full potential Identifying new opportunities to grow the branch and strengthen its local presence
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous Branch Management experience within a builders merchant, construction supply, building materials or similar trade environment Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to grow sales and improve branch performance Experience leading, motivating and developing successful teams Excellent customer service and business development skills A hands-on leadership style and a proactive approach Strong IT and organisational skills The drive to deliver results while creating a positive team culture
