Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Assisting with bookkeeping for a range of clients using cloud accounting software. Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate accounting records. Assisting with the preparation and submission of VAT returns. Supporting the preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Liaising with clients to request information and resolve queries. Maintaining organised client files and records. Providing general administrative support to the accounting team. Undertaking training and professional development as required.

Experience and Qualifications:
Person Specification Strong interest in bookkeeping, accounting and finance. Good numeracy skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and organisational skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. National 5 qualifications (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English. Who Should Apply?
