Job Description:
• Undertaking measurement take-offs • Registering and issuing construction information and drawings to on-site teams • Liaising with internal departments such as Estimating, Finance and Buying • Assisting with the processing and payment of sub contractors • Contributing to the preparation of monthly valuations • Supporting Quantity Surveyors with cost reporting and budget preparation • Assisting with material reconciliations

Experience and Qualifications:
• Ability to competently operate MS office (Word, Outlook & Excel) • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • A professional attitude with a commitment to teamwork • Excellent attention to detail and a drive for high standards • Strong organisational and self management abilities
