Salary: Up to £46,531 a year

Job Description:
The Transport Manager is responsible for leading and coaching our Transport teammates, to ensure Company and customer expectations are met. This role is responsible for the compliance and efficient management of the transport function within the Operation Centre.

Experience and Qualifications:
Demonstrable people management and leadership experience CPC (National or International) and full UK Driving Licence Customer service focused (both internal and external customers) A positive, can-do attitude - motivating and engaging your teammates to succeed You must be able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and do well under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be computer literate and familiar with computerised transport management systems A proactive and flexible approach - can use initiative and work on your own Can develop a team and introduce new working practices
