Job Description:
Overseeing the daily running of the transport operation, including dispatch, driver check-ins, and tracking ongoing jobs Conducting driver debriefs, ensuring information flows smoothly across the team Planning ahead to make the best use of vehicles and drivers, helping to reach operational and commercial targets Supporting the planning and execution of compliance activities in line with company standards and industry rules

Experience and Qualifications:
Able to communicate clearly with drivers, colleagues, and management Strong knowledge of UK geography and routes Organised and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting daily deadlines High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving Capable of working independently as well as part of a team Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
