Job Description:
As Venue Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall operation, performance and future development of a vibrant and growing venue that brings together charities, community organisations, partners and visitors from across Scotland. You will lead an experienced onsite team, oversee customer and tenant experience, manage commercial performance, build strategic partnerships and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the venue.

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience of managing a venue, conference facility, hospitality operation, visitor destination, facilities function or similar customer-facing service. A track record of leading and developing teams. Experience of managing budgets, income and expenditure. Strong commercial awareness and a focus on sustainable growth. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills. Experience of working with suppliers and external contractors. Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy operational environment. The ability to make sound decisions and remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety and risk management within a public-facing environment.
