Job Description:
Our client is currently experiencing a period of massive growth and development and is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join their team on-site in a production factory environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, tidy, and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Production warehouse & client's Bays: Remove all cardboard, plastic, and general debris Sweep and maintain walkways Clean control panels at the start and end of shifts Remove loose pallets and ensure bins are emptied regularly Check safety barriers for visible damage Collect and organise white pallets for FLT removal Pallet Yard: Remove all debris and waste Keep walkways, timber areas, and bin zones clean and organised Report when waste wood skip needs emptied Offices & Canteen Areas: Daily brushing and mopping of cabins Replenish toilet roll, blue roll, and soap as required Empty all bins in canteen and office areas Clean fridge, microwave, tables, and worktops daily Change water dispenser bottles as needed Winter Duties: Responsible for gritting the yard during winter months to ensure site safety
