Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £33,500 to £35,500 per year

Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager Managing the team of managers/warehouse operatives Making sure all reports are kept up to date Ensuring the team maintains proper discipline in terms of productivity, timekeeping, and rest breaks Maintain high standards of health & safety and security Motivate and direct staff to help them meet their goals

Experience and Qualifications:
To be successful within this Warehouse Manager position you will ideally have previous experience of operating as a Warehouse Manager in a large and fast paced retail distribution operation. Combined with: Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of warehouse operations (including stock/inventory processes) Proven experience of change management leadership with proven leadership abilities Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders Previous experience of utilising the latest technology in a distribution environment Previous experience of delivering supply chain projects desirable but not essential Microsoft office and data entry skills Previous experience within retail or FMCG is beneficial Able to manage and motivate a team of workers
