Job Description:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. Your duties will include accurately picking and packaging customer orders, verifying that all items loaded and unloaded correspond with the relevant paperwork, and promptly reporting any damaged or missing items to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you should be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling and heavy lifting. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need excellent organisational and record-keeping skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Full industry-related training and ongoing support will be provided throughout your employment.
