Job Description:
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Help manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Train and mentor new staff and existing staff to company policy guidelines and standards. Handle cash & POS Systems
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of event and bar operations and supervising staff Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in hospitality environments. Exceptional communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
