We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Workshop Manager to help lead the team at our Livingston Depot. As the Workshop Manager, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our workshop, meeting and exceeding targets set out for efficiency and quality. You may dive into challenging projects that will develop your engineering skills and experience, propelling your career forward in engineering and people management.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven time-served experience as a PCV/HGV mechanic is essential · Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, even under pressure · A passion for developing others to enhance overall team efficiency ·Flexibility in working hours, demonstrating adaptability to the dynamic demands of the engineering landscape
