You will become a key part of the Pharmacy team and support your local community with its health needs and be given the opportunity to gain valuable experience whilst working towards a Level 2 or equivalent Healthcare Assistant and Dispenser qualification. This thorough on the job training qualification will provide you with the knowledge and skills to dispense medications and provide and recommend pharmacy services, products and advice to ensure our customers receive the best experience that community pharmacy has to offer.

As Store Manager here at Ernest Jones in Livingston Outlet you’ll be responsible for achieving the store’s targets through promoting the sales culture instore, building and inspiring a strong customer-first team and by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You’ll be passionate about role modelling your selling skills, coaching and inspiring your team through great leadership and adopting proactive approach to sales management. You’ll also be responsible for consistent compliance with company instructions, policies and processes and will be responsible for control of costs, payroll, shrinkage and expenses for the store. You’ll also oversee the planning and organisation of operational activities within the store.
