To be able to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Supervisor Drive Productivity e.g. conversion rates, sales, Customer Data Capture. Develop –sales team through training and product knowledge Bring to life The Original Penguin Shop Core Values – Protect, Explore & Inspire Support in terms of cashing up the tills, be able to follow the banking procedures and all other administrational duties Be able to lock up the store at night and take responsibility to ensure everything is secure before leaving the store

French Connection is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Keyholder to join our outlet store in Livingston, could that be you? The successful applicants will have comparable experience gained within a fast-paced high street retailer, and will combine an outgoing personality with a genuine love of the French Connection brand.

Minimum Criteria To Apply Must be available from 30th September to 24th December for the Christmas period. Availability to work weekends is essential. Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service. Experience in cash handling and working in a retail environment. Experience in manual handling and stock replenishment. Hardworking, reliable, and professional.

Time will fly by as you work hard to keep stock losses to a minimum, help out with inventory counting, check off deliveries and ensure the shelves are fully stocked with attractive, well presented products. And, of course, you’ll provide excellent customer service at all times by attending to customer needs in a prompt and friendly way.
