our role will include, but not limited to, the following duties: To maintain the day to day running of Hopetoun House and any areas used as part of this operational space to the Company standards, within the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative, and financial targets. This a customer facing role, so all admin tasks must be completed out with key service times. Presence within the restaurant is expected during peak business operational hours. Day to day running of the designated retail spaces, including opening, and closing procedures. Coach and support the team on the ground to deliver exceptional customer service. Provide support to the Assistant Retail Manager to plan and promote additional activities, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement. Adhere to all H&S and Food Safety Laws as set out by the company. Comply with all legislation.
