Award winning local business Capital Service Solutions Group Ltd had the confidence and tools needed to manage its growth properly after receiving business support from West Lothian Council’s Economic Development service.
Capital Service Solutions Group Ltd is a West Lothian-based soft facilities management (FM) business that delivers commercial cleaning, specialist cleaning, hygiene services and associated soft FM solutions, to clients within a wide range of sectors across Scotland and parts of the UK.
Their focus is simple: deliver consistent service, look after their team of 170 staff members, and build long term client relationships. This has proven to be a winning approach, with the business experiencing impressive growth and being named ‘Best Business’ at the West Lothian Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards 2025.
With the business moving forward quickly, the team recognised the need to manage this growth properly and understood that a stronger structure, clearer delegation, and better long-term planning was required to support this.
