Support Advisor (Memory Information Support Team) - Carers of West Lothian

CoWL are recruiting a Support Advisor to join our Memory Information Support Team (MIST). This role provides direct, person-centred support to unpaid carers, families and the people they support with memory difficulties or dementia. The post holder will work one-to-one and in groups, offering guidance and practical help to navigate challenges and access support. The Support Advisor will also contribute to wider CoWL work, responding flexibly to the needs of carers and disabled adults, helping individuals access opportunities that enhance wellbeing, independence and resilience.
