FULLY QUALIFIED, TIME SERVED JOINERS – We are looking to recruit joiners to undertake works on recently awarded responsive maintenance contracts within the social housing sector. All contracts are in the early stages of long term agreements, job security guaranteed for the right candidates. The works are mainly based in the central belt area. Applicants must be comfortable working in domestic properties and must possess good communication skills in order to liaise with tenants and our planning team. A good, all-round knowledge of domestic joinery repairs is essential. Experience in kitchen, bathroom and level access shower installations would be advantageous but not essential. Company vehicle or access to a company vehicle will be provided.
